SHIPPING

Free shipping within Japan. International orders ship via FedEX for US$30. This does not cover any taxes, duties, and fees that may be levied by your customs/border authority upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We will ship to anywhere in the world, with the exception of the following: Azerbaijan, Barbados, Belarus, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, French Guiana, Honduras, Israel, Mongolia, Peru, Russia, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, Virgin Islands, Zimbabwe.

WARRANTY

Our warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, NAMICA Watches will cover the costs of repair/ replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid through 12 months from the date of purchase (24 months for Shirahama V1).

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty is not valid for any costs, repairs, or replacements for:

  • Repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use.

  • Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear.

  • Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.

  • Any damages that may arise after any unauthorized work is attempted.

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

  • Routine servicing or maintenance which may be required within the warranty period, including but not limited to demagnetization, accuracy adjustments resulting from the watch subjected to impact.

RETURNS

Please contact support@namicawatches.com to initiate a return. Our policy begins 14 days after your tracking number indicates delivery. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This only applies to new products purchased directly from www.namicawatches.com.

The return shipping fee for Return/Replacement items will not be covered by NAMICA Watches.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, bracelet and clasp must remain unsized. It must also be in the original packaging with all the plastic wrapping still intact. You'll also need your receipt and warranty card.

  • Pre-orders
    ALL PRE-ORDERS All pre-orders purchased directly via www.namicawatches.com or outside of (ie. Kickstarter) will NOT be eligible for a refund during the production of the item. Due to the nature of pre-orders, funds cannot be released during production. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to this term. PRE-ORDERS OUTSIDE OF WWW.NAMICAWATCHES.COM All pre-orders made outside of www.namicawatches.com (ie. Kickstarter) will NOT be eligible for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Profit margins set via any of our crowdfunding campaigns are razor thin as well as being a 'custom order' placed with our manufacturer on your behalf, therefore we will be unable to process returns and refunds simply because you changed your mind. We are a small company that stands behind our products, but we reserve the right to refuse any return not due to defect.
  • Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: the refund will only cover the original cost of the watch. We will not be able to refund any import Duty/VAT/GST fees levied by your country.
  • Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially confirmed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@namicawatches.com.
  • Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@namicawatches.com.
  • Repairs
    A return shipping, handling and servicing fee of US$30 will apply to all warranty services and will be borne by the customer. Should the defect be deemed to be (external) wear, the customer will be subjected to the cost of the part (i.e. crystal, case, dial) on top of the US$30 service fee.
  • Return Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
